Loder, et al.Monica Loder, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on February 12, 2026, the undersigned, Stephanie Pulling, Guardian of Wallace R. Loder, Jr., Ward, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, stating that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, an adult, having been appointed as said Guardian on March 26, 2025, in Case No. 2024 GRD 293726; and that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 25587 Hidden Acres Drive, Westlake, OH 44145, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and further described as follows:

Situated in the City of Westlake, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 53 in Hidden Acres Subdivision of part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 47, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 218 of Maps, Pages 39 and 40 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 82.46 feet front on the Southerly side of Hidden Acres Drive and extending back 184.98 feet on the Westerly line, 185.00 feet on the Easterly line and having a rear Line of 19.72 feet, as appears by said plat.
Plaintiff further says that it is necessary to sell said real estate for the reason that Ward resides in a nursing facility and will not be returning to the home. The ward's existing funds are needed for his care (rather than property expenses) and the sale proceeds will be utlilized for ward's care as well.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of May, 2026.
