Legal Notice2026 ADV 305051—Rossairo Augustino Jr. vs. Estate of Tod J. Nierodzik.Estate of Tod J. Nierodzik, whose address is unknown, will take notice on February 26, 2026, the undersigned, Rossairo Augustino Jr., filed a complaint in the Probate Court, One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Tod John Nierodzik AKA Tod J. Nierodzik ("Tod") died on or about May 14, 2017, and a death certificate was issued in Cuyahoga County, Ohio; that Tod was a resident of the State of Kentucky at the time of his death; that no Estate proceeding can be located in Ohio or Kentucky for Tod; that on June 6, 2015 Tod and Ross Augustino Jr. ("Ross") purchased a certain 2015 Ford F-150 pickup truck VIN 1FTEWIEP3FFB46933 (the "Vehicle") jointly; that on or about January 2016, Ross refinanced the Vehicle so that the loan was solely in his name; and that on or about July 7, 2025, Ross discovered the title is held 50% in the name of Tod J. Nierodzik and 50% Rossairo Augustino Jr., per title number 1810802118 issued by Cuyahoga County Auto Title Division.
The Plaintiff prays for the following relief:
A. Judgment in Plaintiff's favor and against the Estate that the 2015 Ford F-150 pickup truck VIN 1FTEWIEP3FFB46933 belongs to Rossairo Augustino Jr.;
B. An Order to the Cuyahoga County Title Bureau issue a title to the 2015 Ford F-150 pickup truck VIN 1FTEWIEP3FFB46933 currently titled in joint names as title number 1810802118 to Rossairo Augustino Jr., individually; and
C. For such other legal or equitable relief in Plaintiff's favor as the Court may deem just and appropriate.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 12th day of May, 2026.
