Vanessa Johnson, Johnnie Johnson, James Johnson, and Jerry Johnson, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 5, 2026, the undersigned, Allison Russell, Fiduciary of the Estate of Dorothy Richardson, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Dorothy Richardson, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on February 19, 2026, in Case number 2025 EST 302991; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 1849 Crawford Road, Cleveland, OH 44106, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 119-04-060
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 5 in George E. and Mable B. Colling's re-subdivision of part of original one hundred acre Lot No. 399 as shown by the recorded plat in Vol. 23 of maps, page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the Southeasterly line of Cleveland Road N.E, at the most Northerly corner of said Sublot No. 5; thence Southwesterly along said Southeasterly line of Crawford Road N.E., 40 feet to the most Westerly corner of said Sublot No. 5; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of said Sublot No. 5, 69.77 feet to the most Southerly corner thereof, thence Northerly along an Easterly line of said Sublot No. 5, 32.75 feet to an angle; thence Easterly along a Southerly line of said Sublot No. 5, 21 feet to a Southeasterly line thereof thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly line, 1.12 feet to the most Easterly corner of said Sublot No. 5; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said Sublot No. 5, 68.40 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 21st day of May, 2026.
