Livingston, et al.Additional Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Edward Novak, Nicholas Sekerak, and Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Nicholas Sekerak, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on February 2, 2026, the undersigned, Carol A. Wood, Administratrix of the Estate of Judith C. Magyar, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Judith C. Magyar died intestate on October 15, 2024, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; that Plaintiff, Carol A. Wood, is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of Judith C. Magyar, Deceased, having been duly appointed by this Court on July 18, 2025 in Case No. 2025 EST 297583.
Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court determine the next of kin and heirs-at-law, including their executors, administrators, and assigns, if any, of the decedent, JUDITH C. MAGYAR, (or, entitled by the laws of this state to the next state of inheritance, and determine the share to which the next of kin or heirs-at-law, their executors, administrators, and assigns, are entitled according to the statutes of descent and distribution in such cases made and provided), and for such other relief as the Court may determine.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of July, 2026.
