Zednik, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on December 22, 2025, the undersigned, Gery Faloon, Administrator of the Estate of Bruce John Zednik aka Bruce J. Zednik aka Bruce Zednik, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Bruce John Zednik aka Bruce J. Zednik aka Bruce Zednik died intestate, on September 23, 2024, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; and that Plaintiff is the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Administrator of the Estate of Bruce John Zednik aka Bruce J. Zednik aka Bruce Zednik, Deceased, having been appointed by this Court on October 22, 2024 in Case No. 2024 EST 292768.
Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court determine the next of kin and heirs-at-law, including their executors, administrators, and assigns, if any, of the decedent, Bruce John Zednik aka Bruce J. Zednik aka Bruce Zednik, (or, entitled by the laws of this state to the next state of inheritance, and determine the share to which the next of kin or heirs-at-law, their executors, administrators, and assigns, are entitled according to the statutes of descent and distribution in such cases made and provided), and for such other relief as the Court may determine.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of July, 2026.
