Alan Paul Schoepe, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 5, 2026, the undersigned, Talia E. Stewart, Administrator of the Estate of Alan P. Schoepe, o.w. Alan Paul Schoepe, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Alan P. Schoepe, o.w. Alan Paul Schoepe (hereinafter "Decedent") died intestate on April 19, 2021, domiciled in Cuyahoga County, Ohio; that Plaintiff is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Alan P. Schoepe, o.w. Alan Paul Schoepe; that Letters of Authority were issued to her on October 1, 2025 in Case No. 2021 EST 261267.
Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court determine who are or were the heirs or next of kin of the Decedent, entitled by law in the State of Ohio to inherit from the Estate of Alan P. Schoepe, o.w. Alan Paul Schoepe, according to the provisions of Revised Code §2123.01 to §2123.07.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of August, 2026.
