Venca vs. Susan Conerly, et al.Unknown Next of Kin/Heirs at Law of Raymond Venca, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 17, 2026, the undersigned, Elizabeth A. Goodwin, Administrator of the Estate of Raymond Venca aka Ray Venca Jr. aka Raymond M. Venca, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Raymond Venca aka Ray Venca Jr. aka Raymond M. Venca, who died intestate on February 7, 2025; and that at the time of Raymond Venca's death, he was divorced and not remarried and did not have any children, thus, leaving no surviving spouse and has no lineal descendants.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for the Court to determine who are or were the heirs of next of kin of the decedent, entitled by law in this state to inherit a portion of the estate according to the provision of the Ohio Revised Code §§2123.01 to 2123.07.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of August, 2026.
