Legal Notice2026 ADV 308336—Eartha Johnson vs. Joyce Hribar Fiebig, Administrator with Will Annexed, et al.Unknown next of kin of Jesse Coleman, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 13, 2026, the undersigned, Eartha Johnson, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Jesse Coleman died on June 9, 2025, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; that on July 15, 2025, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Jesse Coleman, dated May 30, 2025, was presented to the Cuyahoga County Probate Court, Case No. 2025 EST 299042; that on March 19, 2026, the Probate Court, in Case No. 2025 EST 299042, appointed Joyce Hribar Fiebig as the Administrator with Will Annexed; that based upon information and belief, Jesse Coleman lacked testamentary capacity at the time of the execution of the purported Last Will and Testament.
Plaintiff Eartha Johnson respectfully prays for the following relief:
A. That the document admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Jesse Coleman, dated May 30, 2025, be declared and adjudged null and void;
B. That plaintiff Eartha Johnson be declared the sole next-of-kin entitled to inherit the entirety of the estate of Jesse Coleman.
C. That plaintiff be reimbursed for her attorney fees, expenses and for such other relief as she may be entitled.
D. Such other relief to which plaintiff as is just and proper in the premises.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 20th day of October, 2026.
