Legal Notice2026 ADV 309149—Lorand Neuwirth, Administrator of the Estate of Istvan Neuwirth vs. Laszlo Neuwirth, et al.Unknown Heirs and Next of Kin of the Estate of Istvan Neuwirth, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 13, 2026, the undersigned, Lorand Neuwirth, Administrator of the Estate of Istvan Neuwirth, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Istvan Neuwirth, Deceased, Cuyahoga County Probate Court Case No. 2026EST305936.; and that the Decedent Istvan Neuwirth died without a will and the property of the estate will pass under the laws of intestate succession.
Plaintiff requests that this Court determine who are the heirs and next of kin of the Decedent Istvan Neuwirth, entitled by the laws of the State of Ohio to inherit according to the provisions of Ohio revised Code 2123.01 et seq.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of November, 2026.
