Legal Notice2026 ADV 309151—Lorand Neuwirth, Fiduciary of the Estate of Istvan Neuwirth, Deceased vs. Lorand Neuwirth, et al.Unknown Heirs and Next of Kin of Istvan Neuwirth, Deceased, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 13, 2026, the undersigned, Lorand Neuwirth, Fiduciary of the Estate of Istvan Neuwirth, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that they are the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Istvan Neuwirth, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on April 8, 2026, in Case No. 2026 EST 305936; and that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 11511 Thrush Avenue, Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 019-03-061
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as Sublot No. 163 Bosworth Heights Realty Company's Peony Gardens Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 5, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 92 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Southerly side of Thrush Avenue, S.W. and extending back 272.78 feet on the Westerly line, 294.95 feet on the Easterly line and having a rear line of 45.74 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary, by and through counsel, prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that he may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 5th day of November, 2026.
