Fried, Administrator of the Estate of Isaiah Andrews, Deceased vs. Willard Andrews, Jr., et al.Desiree Burks, D'asjuanae Burks, Dasjuanah Burks Garlington, and Dana Jamar Andrews, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on December 11, 2023, the undersigned, Adam M. Fried, Administrator of the Estate of Isaiah Andrews, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Isaiah Andrews ("Decedent"), who died intestate on April 10, 2022; and that Decedent's property therefore passes under Ohio's laws of intestate succession, R.C. 2105.06, and it is necessary to determine the persons entitled to such property.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for the Court to determine who are or were the heirs at law of the Decedent, entitled to inheritance by intestate succession under R.C. 2105.06.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of August, 2024.
