Legal Notice2024 ADV 288186—Jeffrey Lutz, Administrator for the Estate of Joseph Owens vs. Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Joseph Owens.Unknown Heirs-at-Law of Joseph Owens, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 12, 2024, the undersigned, Jeffrey Lutz, Administrator for the Estate of Joseph Owens, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Joseph Owens, aka Joseph Leroy Owens died intestate, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on July 7, 2023; and that Plaintiff Jeffrey Lutz is the duly appointed administrator of the Estate of Joseph Owens, aka Joseph Leroy Owens, carrying Cuyahoga County Probate Court case number 2023 EST 281614.
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2123 and other pertinent law, Plaintiff demands that the Court determine the following:
1. who is entitled by the laws of this State to receive an inheritance from the Estate of Joseph Owens, deceased,
2. the shares to which each heir is entitled according to the statutes in such cases made and
3. provide for such other relief as the Court may determine to be fair, just, and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of June, 2024.
