2024 ADV 288695—Kurt Palmer, Administrator of the Estate of Robert V. Palmer vs. Kurt Palmer, et al.
Max Scott, whose last known address and present address are unknown; Linda Scott Stransky, whose last known address and present address are unknown; and Unknown Heirs-At-Law, Next of Kin, Their Executors, Administrator, and Assigns of Robert V. Palmer, Deceased, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on May 2, 2024, the undersigned, Kurt Palmer, Administrator of the Estate of Robert V. Palmer, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the acting administrator of the Estate of Robert V. Palmer, deceased; that the letters of authority were issued on February 13, 2024 and recorded in Case No. 2023EST280983 of the records of Cuyahoga County Probate Court; that Robert V. Palmer (herein the Decedent) died intestate, a resident of Cuyahoga County on March 29, 2023; and that the Decedent was not married at the time of her death and had no issue.
Plaintiff demands that this Court determine who are the next of kin, heirs-at-law, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Robert V. Palmer, deceased, and who is entitled by the laws of this state to the next state of inheritance, and determine the share to which the next of kin or heirs-at-law, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns, are entitled according to the statutes in such cases made and provided, and for such relief as the court may determine.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of July, 2024.
