Carter Phalsgraff, and The Unknown Heirs and Next of Kin of Evelyn Kajuk, Deceased, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 16, 2024, the undersigned, Timothy A. Boyko, Administrator of the Estate of Evelyn Kajuk, deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Evelyn Kajuk died intestate on February 9, 2024; that Plaintiff is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Evelyn Kajuk, having been appointed by the Cuyahoga County Probate Court as said Administrator on May 31, 2024, in Case No. 2024 EST 288329; and that Plaintiff files this complaint for the Court to determine who are the heirs and distributees of the Decedent entitled by law to inherit in the Estate according to the provisions of R.C. 2123.01 to 2123.07.
Plaintiff prays that this Court determine who are the next of kin and heirs at law of Evelyn Kajuk, deceased, who are entitled by the laws of this state to inherit in the Estate of Evelyn Kajuk, and determine the share to which the next of kin and heirs are entitled according to the statutes of descent and distribution, and for such other relief as the Court may determine.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of October, 2024.
