Stralka, Administrator of the Estate of Andrew Palas, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Andrew Palas, Deceased, Cuyahoga County Probate Court No. 2022-EST-274314; and that the decedent Andrew Palas died without a will and the property of the estate will pass under the laws of intestate succession.
Plaintiff requests this Court to determine who are the heirs and next of kin of the decedent, entitled by the laws of the State of Ohio to inherit from the Estate of Andrew Palas according to the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2123.01 et seq..
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of November, 2024.
