Boyd, et al.The Unknown heirs-at law and Next of Kin, of Estate of AZ Chames, Deceased, their Executors, Adm'rs., Heirs, Legatees, Devisees and Assigns, if any, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 19, 2025, the undersigned, LaVerne N. Boyd, Administrator of the Estate of AZ Chames, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that the decedent, AZ Chames, died intestate on June 23, 2023; and that the decedent was not survived by a spouse, children, parents, or siblings to the best knowledge of the Petitioner.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for this Court to determine who are the heirs and next of kin of the decedent, entitled by law in the State of Ohio to inherit his estate according to the laws of inheritance, and determine the share to which they are entitled according to law, court costs, and attorney fees and for such other relief as the court may deem proper.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of January, 2026.
