Marcie, Administrator of the Estate of Gladys Spangler vs. Denise Gaines Gray, et al.Unknown Heirs of Gladys Spangler, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 9, 2025, the undersigned, Jay C. Marcie, Administrator of the Estate of Gladys Spangler, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Gladys Spangler, who died intestate on March 10, 2023; and that the property of the decedent passes by intestate succession and it is necessary to determine the persons entitled to such property.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for the Court to determine who are or were the heirs or next of kin of the decedent, entitled by law in this state to inherit the estate according to the provision of the Ohio Revised Code § 2123.01 to 2123.07.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of November, 2025.
