Murman, Administrator of the Estate of Patricia Ann O'Brien, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Patricia Ann O'Brien died intestate, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on March 11th, 2025; and that Plaintiff, Michael E. Murman, is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of Patricia Ann O'Brien, deceased, and letters of authority were issued on June 2nd, 2025, and recorded in Case No. 2025 EST 296780 of the records of the Cuyahoga County Probate Court.
Plaintiff demands that this court determine who are the next of kin, heirs-at-law, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Patricia Ann O'Brien, deceased, or entitled by the laws of this state to the next estate of inheritance, and determine the share to which the next of kin, heirs-at-law, their Executors, Administrators, and Assigns are entitled to according to the statutes in such cases made and provided, and for such other relief as the Court may determine.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 11th day of March, 2026.
