Acox, et al.Unknown Heirs at Law of Lawrence Charles Aycox, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on January 29, 2026, the undersigned, The Estate of Lawrence Charles Aycox c/o Nicholas J. Mitchell, Administrator, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Lawrence Charles Aycox, who died intestate on March 19, 2024; and that the Decedent left no surviving spouse, nor any children or siblings, meaning his property passes to his remaining heirs at law.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for this Honorable Court to determine who are or were the heirs at law of the Decedent, entitled to inheritance by intestate succession under 2105.06.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 10th day of April, 2026.
