Kasulaitis, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 24, 2025, the undersigned, Christina M. Hronek, Administrator of the Estate of Michael V. Kasulaitis (Deceased), filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Michael V. Kasulaitis (Decedent) died intestate on August 2, 2024; and that Plaintiff, Christina M. Hronek, is the duly appointed and acting Administrator of the Estate of Michael V. Kasulaitis, Cuyahoga County Probate Court Case No. 2024 EST 292737, and Letters of Authority were issued on June 24, 2025.
Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court to determine the lawful heirs of the decedent, Michael V. Kasulaitis, and to issue an Order declaring same along with the respective interest.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 21st day of January, 2026.
