Stralka, Administrator of the Estate of Arthur Perry vs. Nakisha Hamilton, et al.Nakisha Hamilton, Sandra Sullivan, and Unknown Heirs and Next of Kin of the Estate of Arthur Perry, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 18, 2025, the undersigned, Gregory T. Stralka, Administrator of the Estate of Arthur Perry, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Arthur Perry, Deceased, Cuyahoga County Probate Court Case No. 2024 EST 292112; and that the decedent Arthur Perry died without a will and the property of the estate will pass under the laws of intestate succession.
Plaintiff requests for this Court to determine who are the heirs and next of kin of the decedent, entitled by the laws of the State of Ohio to inherit from the Estate of Arthur Perry according to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2123.01 et seq.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of January, 2026.
