Dancy, Unknown next of kin/heirs at law of Wilma Dancy, Unknown next of kin/heirs at law of Hattie Gaines-El, and Seanann Gaines-El, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on December 17, 2025, the undersigned, Timothy A. Boyko, Administrator of the Estate of Willie J. Dancy, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Willie J. Dancy passed away on July 9, 2017; that he was appointed Administrator of the Estate of Willie J. Dancy, Cuyahoga County Probate Court case number 2017 EST 22769 on May 8, 2023; that decedent's Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate on August 8, 2017; and that the Decedent's Will is unclear as to who are the intended beneficiaries of the Decedent's estate.
Plaintiff seeks the following:
(i) A declaration defining the beneficiaries of the Decedent's Last Will and Testament;
(ii) Any and all other relief that the Court may deem just and necessary.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of March, 2026.
