Laudato, Administrator vs. Elfie Anna Weber, et al.Edith Schwaldt and Unknown Lineal Descendants of Decedent's Paternal and Maternal Grandparents, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on January 6, 2026, the undersigned, Estate of Norbert Erker, Nicholas D. Laudato, Administrator, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Decedent died intestate on June 26, 2025; and that Nicholas D. Laudato is the Administrator for the Estate of Norbert Erker, who was appointed on September 3, 2025.
Plaintiff, Nicholas D. Laudato, prays the Court decree, adjudge, and declare the following relief:
A. That Defendants, Elfie Weber and Robert Erker, be determined as first cousins of decedent and heirs of the estate;
B. That Defendants, Edith Schwaldt and unknown lineal descendants of decedent's paternal and maternal grandparents, establish their heirship or forever be barred;
C. Determine whether Defendants, and any unknown lineal descendants of the Decedent's paternal and maternal grandparents are entitled to inherit from the Estate; and
D. Such other equitable relief as the Court deems appropriate.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of March, 2026.
