Golofit, Deceased vs. Piotr Golofit, et al.Jean Gajos-Goodwin, Irene Fumaniak, and Unknown, Unborn Heirs at Law, Next of Kin of John J. Golofit, Deceased, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 30, 2026, the undersigned, Anthony W. Kerber, Administrator of the Estate of John J. Golofit, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that John J. Golofit was a resided in the City of Parma, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio 44134, and died intestate, on July 26, 2025; that John J. Golofit's probate estate was filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Court, Cuyahoga County Ohio on October 30, 2025, and assigned Probate Court Case No. 2025 EST 302396; and that Anthony W. Kerber was duly appointed Administrator by the Probate Court on November 7, 2025.
Plaintiff respectfully request this Honorable Court, based upon the fact that the decedent John J. Golofit died intestate, to determine pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2123.01 et seq., the lawful and entitled heirs to have an interest in the Estate of the decedent, John J. Golofit, under Ohio law to inherit from the said estate and their respective interest therein.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of October, 2026.
