Yashika Rosetza Pla and Chasity Lareace Pla, whose last known address is 3528 Spring Place Court, Loganville, GA 30052-5293, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on September 24, 2025, the undersigned, CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, filed a first amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that on or about March 15, 2022, Defendants acquired title to real property located at 3528 Spring Place Court, Loganville, Georgia 30052 (the "Subject Property") using $555,750.00 of loan proceeds provided by CrossCountry; that Defendants promised to repay the loan in regular periodic payments, and, on or about March 15, 2022, Defendants entered into a Security Deed with CrossCountry, which memorialized CrossCountry's rights to foreclosure on the Subject Property under certain circumstances, including payment default; that Defendants defaulted under the repayment terms set forth in the Promissory Note, and CrossCountry hired an attorney to initiate collection efforts; and that in response, Defendants engaged in a pattern of problematic and illegal activities in an effort to cloud title to the Subject Property, retain ownership/control of the Subject Property, avoid their loan repayment obligations, and avoid or forestall anticipated foreclosure.

B. That the Court grant leave to file any order or judgment obtained in the present case with the Ohio Secretary of State, and in the public records of any jurisdiction where Defendants may have filed documents identical or similar to the false UCC-1 Financing Statement;
C. That the Court permanently enjoin Defendants, their agents, and all others in active concert or participation with Defendants, from filing or attempting to file any document or instrument which purports to create any nonconsensual lien or encumbrance against CrossCountry;
D. That the Court order and direct the Ohio Secretary of State to remove and expunge UCC-1 Financing Statement, Filing Number OH00277141798 from the official records of the Ohio Secretary of State;

G. That the Court order an award of costs, expenses, and attorney's fees, to the extent permitted by law, and such further relief to which CrossCountry may be entitled at law or in equity.
H. That the Court grant such other and further relief as the Court deems to be just and proper.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 26th day of May, 2026.
