125500—Jojolola Razack-Dawodu v. Eyiloreofe Dawodu, et al.
Unknown Custodian of Eyiloreofe Dawodu, Unknown Guardian of Eyiloreofe Dawodu, John Doe, and Jane Doe, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on or about September 29, 2025, the undersigned, Jojolola Razack-Dawodu, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff and Defendant Eyiloreofe Oritsejeminone Omosayosola Dawodu became the titled owners of the real property located at 12004 Continental Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44120, Cuyahoga County PPN 129-23-114 on May 4, 2021, by General Warranty Deed in conveyance instrument number 202105050171; that the General Warranty Deed does not identify the age, marital status, or residency of the grantees; and that the transfer of real estate to Eyilore was improperly obtained.
Plaintiff respectfully demands the following relief:
1. An Order from this Honorable Court granting Plaintiffs Complaint for Declaratory Judgment, Declaring that Defendant Eyiloreofe Dawodu's interest in the real property is and at all times has been unlawful, and that only and solely Jojolola Razack-Dawodu is, and at all times since May 4, 2021, has been, the only lawful and proper title holder to the real property located at 12004 Continental Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44120, Cuyahoga County PPN 129-23-114;
2. An Order Quieting Title fully, exclusively and solely in Jojolola Razack-Dawodu, thereby extinguishing any claim, residual claim, or other interest that Defendant Eyiloreofe Dawodu, any Defendant or any third party may hold or claim to hold in, to, and or against the real property located at 12004 Continental Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44120, Cuyahoga County PPN 129-23-114;
3. An Order requiring the Cuyahoga County, Ohio Fiscal Office, Auditor's Division, Cuyahoga County, Ohio Fiscal Office, Recorder's Division, and or Cuyahoga County, Ohio Treasurer to immediately remove Defendant Eyiloreofe Dawodu's interest in the real property, and update its records to reflect that Defendant Eyiloreofe Dawodu's interest in the real property is and at all times has been unlawful, and that only and solely Jojolola Razack-Dawodu is, and at all times since May 4, 2021, has been, the only lawful and proper title holder to the real property located at 12004 Continental Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44120, Cuyahoga County PPN 129-23-114;
4. An Order imposing a Constructive Trust on the right, title and interest Defendant Eyiloreofe Dawodu purports to own in the real property located at 12004 Continental Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44120, Cuyahoga County PPN 129-23-114, requiring the transfer by Defendants thereof to Plaintiff immediately;
5. An Order of Specific Performance against Defendants, ordering the Defendants to transfer all right, title and interest Defendant Eyiloreofe Dawodu purports to own in the real property located at 12004 Continental Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44120, Cuyahoga County PPN 129-23-114;
6. Court Costs;
7. Actual damages in an amount in excess of $25,000, which damages continue to accrue;
8. Incidental damages;
9. Consequential damages;
10. Attorney Fees;
11. Any such further relief that this Honorable Court finds fair, just, equitable, warranted by law and consistent with justice.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 12th day of January, 2026.
