Rericha, Deceased vs. Bernadette Busch, et al.Jeanette (Mickovsky) Cumber, whose last known place of residence is 82 Sand Hill Church Road, Douglas, GA 31533, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Heirs of Jeanette Cumber, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 26, 2023, the undersigned, Peter A. Russell, Fiduciary of the Estate of Margaret A. Rericha, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Margaret A. Rericha, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on May 27, 2021, in Case No. 2021 EST 259390; and that Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following described real estate located at 6447 Crossview Road, Seven Hills, OH, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 551-28-005
Situated in the City of Seven Hills, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Original Independence Township Lot No. 31, Tract No. 2, West of the River and bounded and described as follow: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Crossview Road (60 feet wide) with the center line of Chestnut Road (60 feet wide); thence North 0 deg. 04' 10" West 1600.25 feet along the said center line of Crossview Road to a point which is the principal place of beginning; thence North 0 deg. 04' 10' West 100 feet along the said center line of Crossview Road to its intersection with the Southerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Edward T. Buhl and Alma L. Buhl by deed dated February 10, 1925 and recorded in Volume 3282, Page 72 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence North 89 deg. 52' 55" East 395.24 feet along the said Southerly line of land so conveyed to Edward T. Buhl and Alma L. Buhl as aforesaid to a stone monument at the Northwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Conrad Jacob Krapf by deed dated February 20, 1923 and recorded in Volume 2772, Page 458 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 0 05' 30" East 100 feet along the Westerly line of said land so conveyed to Conrad Jacob Krapf as aforesaid to a point; thence South 89 deg. 52' 55" West 395.28 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 0.9074 acres of land and being further known as being Parcel No. 1 as shown by the survey made March, 1946 by Cleveland Surveys, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, for J.W. Kaina and E.A. Branch, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the estate (O.R.C. §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and he be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 15th day of May, 2024.
