Baran, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on December 22, 2023, the undersigned, Mordechai N. Lichtenstein, Guardian of Beverly J. Baran, Ward, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, an adult, having been appointed as said Guardian on September 28, 2023, in Case No. 2023GRD281816; and that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 345 E. 250th Street, Euclid, OH 44132, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:

Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And being known as being the northerly 26.50 feet of the southerly 39 feet of sub lot No. 20 in Euclid Homes Colony Subdivision No. 1 of part of original Euclid Township Lot No. 8, tract No. 19, as shown by the recorded plat in volume 138 of maps, pages 6 and 7 of Cuyahoga County records, and being 26.50 feet front on the easterly side of East 250th Street, and extending back of Equal width 130 feet, as appears by said plat, and being further known as sublot No. 21-b in a re-subdivision of part of Euclid Homes Colony Subdivision No. A, as recorded in volume 131, page 190 of maps of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff further says that it is necessary to sell said real estate for the reason that Beverly Baran resides in a nursing facility requires ongoing care and a spend-down of all assets that impact Medicaid coverage.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that he may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of March, 2024.
