Joseph Dempsey, whose last known place of residence is 3376 Fulton Road, Cleveland, OH 44109, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on February 26, 2024, the undersigned, Richard M. Dempsey, Administrator of the Estate of Richard J. Dempsey, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he was appointed Administrator/Fiduciary of the Estate of Richard J. Dempsey Cuyahoga Probate Case No. 2022 EST 274477 on May 11, 2023; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, to wit:

Situated in the City of Clevland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Sub-lot No. 1597 in The Lorain Street and Denison Avenue Land Company's Re-Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lots Nos. 6 and 7, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 34 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the Easterly curved line of West Boulevard at the Southwesterly corner of said Sub-lot No. 1597; thence Northerly along the said Easterly curved line of West Boulevard 65.08 feet to the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 1597; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Sub-Lot No. 1597, 157.31 fee to the westerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Frank M. McGraw and Mary R. McGraw by warranty deed dated September 19, 1911, and recorded in Volume 1362, Page 181 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the said Westerly line of land conveyed to Frank M. Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Lorain Avenue 66 feet, and the west line of West 55th Street, 60 feet.
Thence southerly along the west line of West 55th Street, 119.70 feet to the north line of land conveyed to the New York, Chicago, and St. Louis Railroad by deed recorded in Volume 1767, Page 169 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records.
Thence westerly 18.91 feet along the said Railroad's north line to the west face of the southerly prolongation of a wall.

The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts and to administer and wind up the affairs of the estate (O.R.C. §2127.10).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests and liens of the Defendant(s) be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that he/she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of May, 2024.
