Thayman Thorpe, whose last known place of residence is 6330 Carl Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Ebony Thorpe, whose last known place of residence is 28050 Euclid Avenue, Apt. 9, Euclid, OH 44132, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Shanovia Thorpe, whose last known place of residence is 15813 Dunbury Drive, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Valarie Thorpe, whose last known place of residence is 5042 Erwin Street, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 15, 2024, the undersigned, Michael E. Stinn, Fiduciary of the Estate of Barbara Thorpe, filed his complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and acting Fiduciary of the Estate of Barbara Thorpe, Cuyahoga County Probate Court Case No. 2023EST277097; that he was appointed Fiduciary of the Estate of Barbara Thorpe on or about October 18, 2023; that Barbara Thorpe died on December 5, 2022; that at the time of her death, Barbara Thorpe owned the real property located at 15813 Dunbury Drive, Maple Heights, Ohio 44137, further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 786-06-097
Situated in the City of Maple Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Sublot No. 12 in Mugler Avenue Subdivision of part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 32 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 183 of Maps, Page 29 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 50 feet front on the Northerly side of Dunbury Drive and extending back 140.45 feet on the Easterly line of 140.48 feet on the Westerly line and having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Michael E. Stinn, Fiduciary of the Estate of Barbara Thorpe represents that it is necessary to sell said real property to pay the debts of the Estate of Barbara Thorpe.
Michael E. Stinn, Fiduciary of the Estate of Barbara Thorpe, prays that all of the rights, interests and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that he may be authorized and ordered to sell Barbara Thorpe's interest in the real property located at 15813 Dunbury Drive, Maple Heights, Ohio 44137, permanent parcel number 786-06-097, as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 15th day of August, 2024.
