Frank Robert Sullins, Deceased vs. Yolanda Sullins, et al.Francine Sullins, whose last known address is 3463 Edison Road, Cleveland, OH 44121, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on April 12, 2024, the undersigned, Yolanda Sullins, Fiduciary of the Estate of Frank R. Sulllins, a.k.a. Frank Robert Sullins, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Frank R. Sulllins, a.k.a. Frank Robert Sullins, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on March 7, 2023, in Case number 2022 EST 274543; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3281 East 126th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:

Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 53 In the Walton Brothers Mount Pleasant Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Township Lot No. 445, as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 14 of Maps, Page 6 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of August, 2024.
