Kochis, whose last known place of residence and present place of residence are unknown, will take notice that on May 9, 2024, the undersigned, Kimberly K. Yoder, Guardian of Jack Kochis aka John J. Kochis, Ward, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, an adult, having been appointed as said Guardian on February 23, 2024, in Case No. 2023 GRD 280101; that said ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 15719 School Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44110, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 115-25-049
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No 70 in Collin Ford's Subdivision of part of William G. Rose's Subdivision of part of original Euclid Township, Tract 16, as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 57 of Maps, Page 28 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 35 feet front on the Northerly side of School Avenue, NE, and extending back of equal width 82.50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff further states that it is necessary to sell said real estate for the reason that the proceeds of sale are necessary to pay for Ward's care in a nursing facility.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest is said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 22nd day of July, 2024.
