Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Theodore C. Michols, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on May 9, 2024, the undersigned, Glenn Sobola, Fiduciary of the Estate of Theodore C. Michols, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Theodore C. Michols, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on July 19, 2023, in Case number 2022 EST 275340; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 7016 Claasen Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44105, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 132-25-119
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being the Easterly 4 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 73 and all of Sublot No. 74 in Monson and Andrews' Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No 310, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records Said part of Sublot No 73 being 4 feet front on the Southerly side of Claasen Avenue S.E., (formerly known as Breslan Street), and extending back of equal width 115 feet deep. Said Sublot No. 74 being 30 feet front on the Southerly side of Claasen Avenue, S.E , (formerly Breslan Street), and extending back of equal width 115 feet deep. Said Sublot No 74 being 30 feet front on the Southerly side of Claasen Avenue S E. (formerly known as Breslin Street), and extending back of equal width 124 feet deep, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate at the request of, and with the consent of, all persons entitled to share in the estate of the Decedent upon distribution (O.R.C. §2127.04).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in the real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of July, 2024.
