Clack, et al.Raymond Smiley, whose last known place of residence is 3435 Superior Park Drive, #307, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 21, 2024, the undersigned, Margaret T. Karl, Guardian of Ronald P. Clack, Ward, filed her complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, having been appointed as said Guardian on August 3, 2023, in Case No. 2023 GRD 280179; that said ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 8706 Nevada Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44104, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and further described as follows:

Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sub-Lot No. 58 in Remington and Goulding's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 416, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 5 of Maps, Page 12 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Southerly side of Nevada Avenue, S.E. (formerly Remington Street), and extending back of equal width 150 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
It is necessary to sell the real estate for the maintenance and support of the Ward.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 31st day of July, 2024.
