Foster, Deceased vs. Maurice Foster, et al.Alana Johnson and Stashwn Johnson, whose last known address is 13212 Rexwood Ave., Garfield Hts., OH 44105, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on June 11, 2024, the undersigned, Carolyn Foster, Fiduciary of the Estate of Aaron J. Foster, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Aaron J. Foster, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on September 30, 2022, in Case number 2022 EST 273021; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3548 E. 105th St., Cleveland, OH 44105, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 135-07-075
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and bounded and described as being Sublot No. 106 in the Union Woodhill Realty Company Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 450, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 41 of Maps, Page 29 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 35 feet front on the Westerly side of East 105th Street, and extending back of equal width 90 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in the real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of August, 2024.
