Hooker, et al.Troy Hill, Britton Hill, and Holly Hooker, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 22, 2025, the undersigned, Betty Bess, Fiduciary of the Estate of Pamela Tally Joiner, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed Fiduciary of the Estate of Pamela Tally Joiner, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on September 18, 2024, in Case number 2021 EST 258128; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3522 East 149th Street, Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 139-11-067
Situated in the city of Cleveland, county of Cuyahoga, and state of Ohio, and known as being Sublot no. 10 in the Jankovshy-Bubna subdivision of the part of original Warrensville Township lots Nos. 51 and 61 as shown by the recorded plat in volume 51 of maps page 17 of Cuyahoga County records and being 40 feet front on the westerly side of east 149th street and extends back of equal width 141 feet deep, being the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 12th day of March, 2026.
