2025 ADV 296883—Elizabeth L. Perla, Guardian of the Estate of Robert Haas, Ward vs. Robert Haas, et al.
Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Next of Kin, Their Executors, Administrator, and Assigns of Robert Haas, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 2, 2025, the undersigned, Elizabeth L. Perla, Guardian of the Estate of Robert Haas, Ward, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, stating that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the Estate of the above-named Ward, an adult, and was appointed as said Guardian on November 27, 2024, in Case No. 2024 GRD 287320; and that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 1081 Carver Road, Cleveland Heights, OH 44112, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 681-16-034
Situated in the City of Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 12 in the "Forest Hill" Subdivision No. 34, being a Re-subdivision of Block No. 37 as shown by the plat of layout of streets of the Abeyton Realty Corporation's "Forest Hill" Subdivision of a part of Original Euclid Township Lots Nos. 8, 13, 14, 46 and 47, as shown by the recorded plat of said Resubdivision in Volume 131 of Maps, Page 546 of Cuyahoga County Records, and refiled for record in Volume 142 of Maps, Page 33 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same gore or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff further says that it is necessary to sell aforesaid real estate to pay the debts and expenses of the Ward. Further, the ward is living in a facility setting and unable to return home and maintaining the vacant home is both costly and a liability risk.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that he/she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of June, 2025.
