Musson, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on May 19, 2025, the undersigned, John D. Patta, Fiduciary of the Estate of Richard J. Musson, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Richard J. Musson, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on February 10, 2025, in Case number 2024 EST 294382; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 4116 Apple Creek Drive, Brooklyn, OH 44144, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 431-17-113
Situated in the City of Brooklyn, Cuyahoga County and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 33 in the Dawn Cliff Subdivision No. 1 of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lots Nos. 16 and 17, as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 180 of Maps, Page 30, 31 and 32 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being a parcel of land 55.00 feet front on the Westerly side of Apple Creek Drive and extending back 111.74 feet on the Northerly line, 111.68 feet on the Southerly line and having a rear line of 55.00 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of July, 2025.
