2025 ADV 299896—Pamela Menefee Jones, Fiduciary of the Estate of Gertha Menefee, Deceased vs. Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office, et al.
Michael Smith, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on July 23, 2025, the undersigned, Pamela Menefee Jones, Fiduciary of the Estate of Gertha Menefee, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Gertha Menefee, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on October 22, 2024, in Case number 2024 EST 289817; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 902 East 150th Street, Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 115-10-036
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being the Northerly 28 feet of Sublot No. 27 and the Southerly 32 feet of Sublot No. 18 in J. Prouting et al subdivision of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 1, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 22 of Maps Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 60 feet front on the Westerly side of East 150 Street and extending back 139.72 feet on the Northerly line, 139.64 feet on the Southerly line and having a rear line of 60 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
As well as an entire interest in the following real estate located at 906 East 150th Street, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and further described as follows:

PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 16 and the Northerly 20 feet of Sublot No. 15 in J. Prouting et al Subdivision of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 1, Tract No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land 60 feet front on the westerly side of East 150th Street, (formerly Mars Avenue), and extending back 139.62 feet on the Northerly line, 139.545 feet on the Southerly line, and having a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being the Southerly 12 feet of Sublot No. 17 in J. Prouting et al Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lot NO. 1, Tract No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 12 feet front on the Westerly side of East 150th Street, (formerly Mars Avenue), and extending back approximately 139.6 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of October, 2025.
