Cory Phillips, Fiduciary of the Estate of Joann Bondra, Deceased vs. State of Ohio, Dept. of Medicaid, et al.Estate of Shirley Ann Rock, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on July 25, 2025, the undersigned, W. Cory Phillips, Fiduciary of the Estate of Joann Bondra, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Joann Bondra, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on December 29, 2023, in Case number 2021 EST 260450; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3445 East 72nd Street, Cleveland, OH 44127, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 125-35-032
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 150 in H. L. Morgan's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Numbers 322, and 323, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 14 of Maps, Page 7 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said Sublot No. 150 has a frontage of 35 feet on the Easterly side of East 72nd Street, (formerly Maplewood Street) and extends back of equal width 105 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of October, 2025.
