Loepp, Deceased vs. Penny Fulcomer, et al.Anna Hicks Dunasky, whose last known address and current address are unknown, will take notice that on November 24, 2025, the undersigned, Randi Straunch, Fiduciary of the Estate of David P. Loepp, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed Fiduciary of the Estate of David P. Loepp, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on March 17, 2025, in Case number 2025 EST 284553; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 2172 West 104th Street, Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 005-16-067
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being all of Sublot No. 49 in C.M. Mix's Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 8 according to the plat of said allotment recorded in Volume 18, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said Sublot No. 49 being 35 feet front on the Westerly side of Reynolds Street, now West 104th Street, and extending back 113.09 feet deep on the Northerly side and 113.09 feet on the Southerly side, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of February, 2026.
