Legal Notice2025 ADV 303129—Richelle Jenkins-Garrett, Fiduciary of the Estate of Michelle Dupree Stewart, Deceased vs. Richelle Jenkins-Garrett, et al.Eric Green, whose last known address is 2901 Archwood, Cleveland, OH 44109, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on November 26, 2025, the undersigned, Richelle Jenkins-Garrett, Fiduciary of the Estate of Michelle Dupree Stewart, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Michelle Dupree Stewart, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on April 8, 2025, in Case No. 2023 EST 285420; and that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3278 East 146th Street, Cleveland, OH 44120, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 130-18-059
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 12 in A.C. Spear's Subdivision No 3 of part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 41 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 62 of Maps. Page 36 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the westerly side of East 146th Street and extending back of equal width 115 feet deep, as appears by said plat. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary, by and through counsel, prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of August, 2026.
