2026 ADV 303925—James Patterson, Fiduciary of the Estate of Floyd Patterson, Deceased vs. James Patterson, et al.
Unknown Heirs of Raymond Patterson, Unknown Heirs of Alonzo Patterson, Unknown Heirs of Marvin Patterson, and Unknown Heirs of Kenneth Patterson, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on January 8, 2026, the undersigned, James Patterson, Fiduciary of the Estate of Floyd Patterson, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed Fiduciary of the Estate of Floyd Patterson, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on January 11, 2022, in Case number 2021 EST 266252; that said Decedent died seized of a fractional interest in the following real estate located at 19101 Van Aken Blvd., Ste. 522, Shaker Heights, OH 44122 & 45 Shaker Club Condo 0057 Garage, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 736-07-930C & 736-07-810D
Situated in the City of Shaker Heights of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Residential Unit No. 522 and Garage Unit No. 57 together with the undivided interest in the common areas appertaining thereto of the SHAKER CLUB CONDOMINIUM, as shown by the Drawings recorded in Condominium Map Volume 38, Page 56-64 of Cuyahoga County Records on February 22, 1980 and as further described in the Amended Declaration of Condominium Ownership for Shaker Club Condominium recorded in Deed Volume 229, Page 665 as Instrument No. 535051 of Cuyahoga County Records on February 22, 1980. Be the same more or less, but subject to legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate at the request of, and with the consent of, all persons entitled to share in the estate of the Decedent upon distribution (ORC §2127.04).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 12th day of June, 2026.
