Legal Notice2026 ADV 304147—Brandy Tate, Fiduciary of the Estate of Claudia Hill, Deceased vs. Estate of Katie Hill, et al.Estate of Katie Hill, Estate of Odessa Hill, Estate of Johnnie Hill, Estate of Ervin Hill, and descendants of all, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on January 21, 2026, the undersigned, Brandy Tate, Fiduciary of the Estate of Claudia Hill, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Claudia Hill, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on June 10, 2025, in Case number 2025 EST 298607; that said Decedent died seized of an undivided one-half interest in the following real estate located at 3385 E. 132nd St., Cleveland, OH, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 130-08-070
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 85 in the Kinsman Heights Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 446, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 44 of maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Easterly side of East 132nd Street, and ending back between parallel lines 105 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 5th day of May, 2026.
