Legal Notice2026 ADV 305542—Tas Nadas, Fiduciary of the Estate of Maequay McKinley, Deceased vs. Louise Smith, et al.Shirley Byers and Michael Mills, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 17, 2026, the undersigned, Tas Nadas, Fiduciary of the Estate of Maequay McKinley, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Maequay McKinley, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on June 26, 2025, in Case number 2025 EST 296722; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3593 Chelton Road, Shaker Heights, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 735-24-057
Situated in the City of Shaker Heights, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 231 in The Rapid Transit Land Co.'s Shaker Overlook Subdivision No. 3 of part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 52, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 66 of Maps, Page 3 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 45 feet front on the Easterly side of Chelton Road (formerly Clifford Boulevard) and extending back between parallel lines 159.54 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of June, 2026.
