Michelle Wilhelms, whose last known address is 2108 Garnet Avenue #C, San Diego, CA 92109, otherwise whose address is unknown; Jennifer Wilhelms, whose last known address is 1111 Homeland St., #8, San Diego, CA 92109, otherwise whose address is unknown; and Robert J. Wilhelms, whose last known address is 3806 Rivera Dr., Unit 101, San Diego, CA 92109-6371, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on March 20, 2026, the undersigned, Scott H. Schooler, Fiduciary of the Estate of Kathryn Mack, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Kathryn Mack, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on January 16, 2026, in Case number 2025 EST 299580; that said Decedent died seized of a fractional interest in the following real estate located at Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 025-24-062
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublot No. 19 in The Barbeade Corporation's Re-Subdivision or part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 12, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 133 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 19 at a point distant 120.17 feed Easterly, measured along said Southerly line, from the Southeasterly line of Triskett Road, N.W., said place of beginning being also the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Episcopal Society of Saint Marks Church by deed dated June 29, 1959, and recorded in Volume 9725, Page 385 of Cuyahoga County Records;
Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 19, a distance of 85.70 feet to the Southeasterly corner thereof;
Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Sublot, 24.36 feet to the Northeasterly corner thereof;
Thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said Sublot, 83.53 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Episcopal Society of Saint Marks Church, as aforesaid;
Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so conveyed to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to the 20 foot right of way, reserved for the benefit of the above described premises in the deed to the Episcopal Society of Saint Marks Church by deed dated June 29, 1959, and recorded in Volume 9275, Page 385 of Cuyahoga County Records.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to correct a scrivener's error in the prior transfer of the property in January 1987.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of July, 2026.
