Skonier, Deceased vs. Dennis Skonier, et al.Doreen Skonier, whose last known address is 8118 Southington Drive, Parma, OH 44129, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on April 23, 2026, the undersigned, Dale Skonier, Fiduciary of the Estate of Alfred E. Skonier, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Alfred E. Skonier, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on October 28, 2025, in Cuyahoga Probate Court Case Number 2025 EST 296250; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 8118 Southington Drive, Parma, OH 44129, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 449-17-051
Situated in the City of Parma, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 4190, in the H. A. Stahl Properties Co.'s Ridgewood Subdivision No. 8 of part of Original Parma Township Lot No. 1 in the Ely Tract, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 86 of Maps, Page 21 of Cuyahoga County Records, said Sublot No. 4190 has a frontage of 45 feet on the Northerly side of Southington Drive, and extending back between parallel lines 120 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary, by and through counsel, prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that he may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of July, 2026.
