Cuyler, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on May 5, 2026, the undersigned, Christina M. Hronek, Fiduciary of the Estate of Jean Marie Cuyler, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Jean Marie Cuyler, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on May 5, 2026, in Cuyahoga Probate Court Case Number 2026 EST 305396; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3202-3204 Whitman Ave., Cleveland 44113, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 003-31-050
Situated in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio as part of Sublot 630, Barber and Lord's Allotment, Plat Book 11, Page 26, Cuyahoga County Records, beginning in the southerly side of Woodbine Avenue at the northwesterly side of Whitman Avenue; thence westerly in the southerly side of Woodbine Avenue 98.13 feet to a point 97.45 feet easterly from the westerly line of Sublot 630; thence southerly at right angles with Woodbine Avenue 58.02 feet to the northwesterly side of Whitman Avenue at a point 54.43 feet easterly from the westerly line of Sublot 630; thence northeasterly in the northwesterly side of Whitman Avenue 114 feet to the beginning, according to a survey in May, 1927 by the Henry G. Reitz Engineering Co.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate at the request of, and with the consent of, all persons entitled to share in the estate of the Decedent upon distribution. (O.R.C. §2127.04)
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 14th day of July, 2026.
