Laudato, Fiduciary of the Estate of Norbert Erker, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Norbert Erker, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on September 3, 2025, in Case No. 2025 EST 299567; and that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at City of Parma, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 446-28-031
Situated in the City of Parma, Ohio, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 30 in South Park, Inc. Re-Subdivision No. 1 of part of Original Parma Township Lot Nos. 17, 18 and 19, Blake Tract as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 207 of Maps, Page 64 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 60 feet front on the Easterly side of South Park Boulevard and extending back of equal width 130 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary, by and through counsel, prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that he may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 17th day of August, 2026.
