Legal Notice2026 ADV 308241—Jeannine Marie Gury, Guardian of Elias (aka "Eilas") Baez III, Ward vs. Elias (aka "Eilas") Baez III, et al.Unknown Next of Kin of Elias (aka "Eilas") Baez III, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 8, 2026, the undersigned, Jeannine Marie Gury, Guardian of Elias (aka "Eilas") Baez III, Ward, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, having been appointed as said Guardian on July 1, 2026, in Case No. 2026 GRD 307362; and that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3701 Mayfield Road, #317, Cleveland Heights, OH 44121, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 683-02-336
Situated in the City of Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Unit No. 317 of the Victorian Condominium, together with its percentage on interest in and to the Common Areas and Facilities in The Victorian Condominium, as shown by the Drawings recorded in Volume 6, Pages 82 to 94, inclusive, of Cuyahoga County Condominium Map Records, and as further describes in the Declaration of Condominium Ownership for The Victorian Condominium and in the Bylaws and Drawings attached thereto as Exhibits A and B, respectively, file for the record as Instrument No. 420970 of the Cuyahoga County Recorder's Office, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Guardian further says that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay for the Ward's support.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that the Plaintiff may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 25th day of September, 2026.
